Dockside is an upscale, mixed-use off-campus student housing community for Clemson University located on Lake Hartwell just outside of Greenville, South Carolina. Commissioned by Dement Designs, I photographed this space over the course of 2 days. The goal of the photography was to capture the variety of study and lounge spaces available to students as well as the proximity to Lake Hartwell. Note, the property has now been rebranded The Cove at Clemson.Â
