Project Spotlight: Atlanta Interior Design Photography – Photographing Homes in Atlanta for Toll Brothers
As an architectural and interior design photographer in Atlanta, Toll Brothers asked me to photograph the model homes at two new home communities in the Atlanta suburbs. Toll Brothers is known for their homes that have well thought out designs and high-end finishes. I knew as soon as I walked into the first property that I would have a variety of beautiful properties to photograph. Over the course of four days, I captured the interiors and exteriors of four single family model homes.
I want to focus on one model in particular at the Northbrooke community and that is the Juneau Elite model. As soon as you walk into the home, you know it is something special. The kitchen especially is a highlight of this home. I love how the kitchen connects to the living area and dining room. It really creates a hub for the home! My goal was to highlight the openness while also ensuring that the details of the space get the attention that they deserve.
Moving on to the primary bedroom, I can’t say enough about the bathroom and closet in this space. Direct access from a cozy bedroom leads to an amazing soaking tub, a huge shower, and double sinks. From there, it is on to one impressive walk-in closet. For all of these images, I wanted to create some nice directional and soft light so that one would picture themselves at home in the space.
Of course, all the other rooms of this Toll Brothers’ home matched the rest of the house – comfortable spaces with amazing details. From the backyard that is perfect for entertaining to the upstairs loft for family movie nights, this home was a true pleasure to photograph.
I would be remiss if I didn’t share a few images as well from some of the other model homes to show the variety of imagery I created for the different Toll Brothers properties.
As with all my clients, I worked closely with the Toll Brothers’ team on how to capture these four spaces. My goal was to deliver images with a bright, natural light feel so that potential buyers would get a sense of the homes before they even stepped foot inside.
