The Shepherd 2020 Renovation was a five-phase, extensive renovation upgrade to 104,000 square feet of occupied hospital space by Choate Construction. Key scope items include doubling the MS Clinic by relocating it to the former Pain Clinic and adding over 20 new day rooms. The project also added 35 patient beds, renovates office areas, and refreshes the main lobby. Architecture and interior design photography of the space was commissioned by Choate Construction in the summer of 2026.
